Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

During periods of high order volume, holidays, promotions, or circumstances beyond our control, processing times may take longer. If there is a significant delay, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship orders to:

• Canada

• Türkiye

Shipping availability may vary depending on the product, destination, and applicable carrier restrictions.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin after the order has been processed and shipped.

United States: Approximately 3–8 business days

Canada: Approximately 5–12 business days

Türkiye: Approximately 2–7 business days

These delivery estimates are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, customs procedures, weather conditions, holidays, incorrect or incomplete shipping information, or other circumstances outside our control.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the destination, product, package size, weight, and available shipping method.

Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly presented before the customer completes the purchase.

5. Tracking Information

When tracking is available for an order, customers will receive shipping and tracking information by email after the order has been dispatched.

Tracking information may take some time to become active after the carrier receives and scans the package.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Delayed or Lost Shipments

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier's service and operating conditions.

8. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

9. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please document the condition of the package and the product by taking clear photographs.
